The USA SHOWCASE Story

USA Showcase was started by Joe Odak. Joe started the organization because he wanted a better environment for not only his own kids but other travel ball players seeking a high level experience in a top of the line organization. Joe has molded the USA Showcase brand into an organization with a team in every age group that grows in size and talent every year! Our approach of developing young student athletes to realize their potential in the game and in life itself has opened the door for many players into new opportunities some did not think was possible.
When Joe launched USA Showcase he envisioned a full year-round baseball organization where players can seek instruction on all areas of the game. Over the years he has assembled a team of specialized coaches in every aspect of the game to teach young athletes fundamentals and provide next level knowledge. USA Showcase offers a full service baseball organization including individualized instruction, winter strength and agility, and full Fall, Spring, Summer tournament schedules.
USA Showcase puts together teams ranging in ages 8-18u every year. Joe’s vision for the upcoming years is to add additional teams that will compete at a high level and assist athletes in their dream of playing at the next level.

Our mission: The mission of USA Showcase is to have Elite Training, at Elite Facilities, while playing in Elite Events.  We strive to develop and showcase our student athletes for the next level of their careers.

Our Motto: “It is not about today’s glory, it is about the quality of work you put in today that prepares you for your future glory”!

Our Goal:  To prepare our athletes for the future.  We not only want to prepare our athletes for the game, therefore we pride ourselves on teaching the following core values:

Commitment: Proverbs 16:3

Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.

Work Ethic:  Philippians 4:13

“I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”

Courage:  Joshua 1:9

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Respect:  Colossians 3:20

“Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.”

Leader: Luke 6:31-35

“Do to others as you would have them do to you.”

There will come a time in every athlete’s future when the game ends.  We want to prepare our kids not only for the game itself, but most importantly for their future.
